VOLTAFLEX® 2526 is made of a polyester layer covered on both sides with a layer of polyester TNT (non-woven fabric). The non-woven polyester layer increases the resistance to thermal aging of the polyester.

 

Its characteristic of being very absorbent make the impregnation with insulating coatings and resins easier.

 


Maximum working temperature: 130/155°C (IEC 60626) – B/F dielectric class limit
155°C (UL 1446) - F dielectric class limit
Minimum working temperature: resin -60°C / Polyester film -60°C

 

Insulating paper suitable for transformers insulation, it can be used into the motor’s slots and in all those electrical applications that require: excellent electric insulation – excellent mechanical resistance – good thermal resistance.

 

Availability: Rolls 1000 mm in width , slit rolls starting from mm 7 in height, inner diameter 76 mm; the material can be cut, shaped and die-cut according to requirements or customer's design.

Processing are carried out both on insulating papers normally available in stock, and on other insulation papers on customer request.
Any type of insulating paper can be supplied as follows:
- Whole original rolls or unpacked rolls
- Rolls cut to the width required by the customer
- Edged rolls
- Fringed rolls
- Customized processing is carried out under specific customer request (e.g.: moulded, die cut...)

 

Slit rolls for slot wedges (outer diameter 700/720) are available on request
