Description

ISOSPAN KMK 3625 flexible insulating laminates are made by hot-melting a polyester film interleaved with two layers of premium electrical kraft paper. ISOSPAN KMK 3625 is produced in various types, combining kraft paper with polyester film. The standard kraft paper thicknesses are 50, 75, and 125 µm.

 

Maximum operating temperature: Class B – 130 (IEC 60626)

 

Characteristics: insulating paper suitable for insulating transformers, in motor slots and in all those electrical applications that require:
excellent electrical insulation - excellent mechanical resistance - good thermal resistance.

 

Availability: rolls 1000 mm high, rolls cut starting from 10 mm high, internal diameter 76 mm, pieces cut, shaped and die-cut according to customer request or design.

 

Color: Brown

 

We process both the insulating papers normally in stock and other insulating papers upon customer request.
Any type of insulating paper can be supplied as follows:
- Original rolls, whole or unwound
- Rolls cut to the customer's requested width
- Bordered rolls
- Slit rolls
- Customized processing (e.g., shaped, die-cut, etc.)
