Laminate based on glass fabric and epoxy resin for high temperatures.
Epoxy glass fibers are backed by a glass fabric with very specific characteristics, designed to hold the epoxy resin with which the fabrics are impregnated and then heat-pressed at high temperatures, thus obtaining laminates with excellent mechanical properties, electrical insulation even in humid environments, chemical resistance, tensile strength, compression strength, and dimensional stability.
Used primarily in the electromechanical and electronics sectors.
Examples of uses for the product in low thicknesses include bases, washers, and contact holders; while in high thicknesses, a wide variety of custom shapes are produced where dielectric insulation and mechanical strength are required.
also excellent in the molding sector as an insulator for press plates.
It is also an excellent choice for the production of screws, nuts, and bolts.
