Dobeckan® 825.034

Single-component polyester resin.

Dobeckan® 825034 is a single-component, 100% solids, unsaturated polyester resin, completely styrene-free. It is a resin diluted in reactive acrylic monomers that are activated in the system by heat.
The reaction results in a film with exceptional electrical insulating properties and excellent thermal and mechanical resistance.
Of particular note are the low stack emissions and the absence of evaporation and odor in the work environment.
This product has good thermal compatibility with all types of enameled wire, including those with high thermal classes.
The product's viscosity has been designed to allow adequate penetration into the windings.

Typical application methods are:
• Immersion
• Vacuum impregnation
• Vacuum pressure impregnation
