AQUANEL® VF111 T

Aquanel® VF111T is a water-soluble, solvent-free, modified alkyd resin-based paint.
Its high binding power, even at high temperatures, and its excellent moisture resistance and flexibility make it suitable for impregnating all electrical machinery requiring high performance.
The paint can be diluted with demineralized water. For proper product handling, it is important to carefully monitor viscosity and pH.
Polymerization is initiated by heat and proceeds through a rapid chain reaction until a three-dimensionally cross-linked, perfectly insoluble and infusible thermosetting product is obtained. 

Aquanel® VF111T is used for the impregnation of electrical machines such as:
• transformers
• stators
• windings in general
• inductors
