AQUANEL® VF111 D1

Aquanel® VF 111 D1 is a new paint based on modified epoxy resins dispersed in water.
Its low solvent content allows VOC emissions to be kept within the limits set by current regulations.
Thanks to its high binding power even at high temperatures and its excellent moisture resistance and flexibility, it can be used to impregnate all electrical machinery where high performance is required.
The paint can be diluted with demineralized water. For proper product handling, it is necessary to carefully monitor the viscosity and pH.
Polymerization is initiated by heat and proceeds with a rapid chain reaction until a three-dimensionally cross-linked thermosetting product is obtained that is perfectly insoluble and infusible.
