Epoxylite® 825.240 M2

A single-component, 100% solids modified epoxy resin, completely free of any monomer or solvent. The product is particularly recommended for impregnating static or rotating parts of electric motors and is also used in all equipment requiring chemical resistance and high cementation strength.

Polymerization occurs through heat. The reactive centers of the resin and the catalyst react in the system to form a film with excellent electrical insulation properties and excellent thermal and mechanical resistance. Of particular importance are the low flue gas emissions and the absence of evaporation and odor in the work environment. This product has good thermal compatibility with all types of enameled wire, including those with high thermal classes. The product's viscosity has been designed to allow adequate penetration into the windings.

Epoxylite® 825240 M2 is recommended for applications on:

• electrical windings in general
