Description
Flux-cored wire for manual soldering in electrical engineering, electromechanics, and, occasionally, electronics. The flux is characterized by its resistance to high temperatures and does not spatter during the soldering process. Its excellent wetting properties make this type of lead-free flux-cored wire a premium product among soldering wires.
The Sn100Ni+ alloy significantly improves soldering performance. The life of soldering iron tips will be significantly extended. Solder joints display the brilliance recognized in lead-based soldering.
Property
Alloy composition: Sn99.3CuNiGe (based on Sn99.3Cu0.7)
Melting point: 227° eutectic
Flux content: 2.2% standard
Halide content: 1.0%
Available diameters: 0.50 - 1.00 - 1.50 - 2.00 - 3.00
Available coils: 0.50 - 1.00 - 2.50
Washing
Flux residues do not cause corrosion even when in contact with non-ferrous metals, so they can remain on the solder joint. However, when soldering electronics, it is recommended to remove residues with standard alkaline solvents.
