IMPREGNATION TANKS with dielectric insulating paints and resins

Impregnation tanks with paints and dielectric insulating resins for electric motors and transformers

Description

ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE IMPREGNATION TANKS

The atmospheric pressure impregnation tank guarantees maximum functionality with minimum energy expenditure and is therefore the perfect solution for the impregnation of electrical windings, coils, electric motors, electronic boards and electrical transformers.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

✓ Suction duct complete with flange connection for electric aspirator
✓ Easily removable air regulation unit
✓ Possibility of inspecting the storage tank without emptying it
✓ Air intake grille on the lid for clean air intake (solvent-free), which reduces the
concentration of fumes when the lid is opened with electric aspirator activation
✓ External height indicator for easy viewing of the paint in the work tank
✓ Anti-tipping safety lock
Easy intervention in the case of deteriorated paint (gelatification and/or polymerization), thus avoiding its scrapping
✓ Pressure regulator with narrow adjustment range (0.01 - 0.8 bar)
✓ Overpressure valve (0.7 bar) for the discharge of excess pressure equipped with storage compartment in the event of malfunction of the pressure regulator
