Continuous viscose fibers are solidified through a special heat treatment to provide high mechanical and thermal resistance.
These fibers are twisted into 0.5 mm threads and then joined together in parallel using a special process to form a ribbon of varying width.
A high-temperature synthetic adhesive binds the threads and provides abrasion and tear resistance.
This process makes these products more economical than textiles with higher mechanical resistance.
It has high resistance to tearing on edges, abrasion, and tensile strength. It knots easily and the knot does not slip. It soaks up resin easily.
Thickness: 0.25 mm
Elongation: 13%
Ideal for tying, taping, anchoring electrical windings (especially electric motor heads) and for wiring
