ISONOM® NMN 0881 is made of PET (polyester) film covered on both sides with calendered Nomex (Du Pont) type 464. Each layer of Nomex® aramid paper is 0.050 mm, the polyester film allows, by varying its thickness, to obtain a wide range of laminates.
Maximum operating temperature:
Class F/H 155/180°C (IEC 60626)
Class H 180°C (UL 1446)
Minimum operating temperature: Nomex® -196°C / Resin -60°C / Polyester -60°C
Characteristics: insulating paper suitable for insulating transformers, in motor slots and in all those electrical applications that require: excellent electrical insulation - excellent mechanical resistance - excellent thermal resistance.
Availability:
Original rolls: 920 ST (Nomex® 914 mm - PET 920 mm – useful 905 mm), 460 SM 920ST rolls cut in half.
Cut rolls: from 6.9 mm high, internal diameter (ID) 76 mm, external diameter (OD) on request.
Color: White (trademark stripes and yellow stripes)
We process
both the insulating papers normally in stock and other insulating papers upon customer request. Any type of insulating paper can be supplied as follows:
- Original rolls, whole or unwound
- Rolls cut to the customer's requested width
- Bordered rolls
- Slit rolls
- Customized processing (e.g., shaped, die-cut, lunettes, tiles , etc.)
