ADH 70.70 Cartridge Kit. Two-component, thermally conductive, self-extinguishing epoxy adhesive. UL 94 V-0 and UL 94 HB approved system.
Applications: Thermally conductive structural adhesive for metals and ceramic materials. Bonding/sealing parts requiring high thermal dissipation.
Method of use: Application by hand, brush, spatula or using dosing/mixing machines.
Description: Two-component epoxy system filled with abrasive fillers. Thixotropic. Solvent-free. The system is self-extinguishing according to UL 94 V-0 standard at 5.5 mm thickness and according to UL 94 HB standard at 1.6 mm thickness. Excellent adhesive power on metals in general. Excellent chemical resistance to engine oil and gasoline, acids and bases. High thermal conductivity. High thermal resistance. The best characteristics are obtained after stabilizing the product at 60-70°C (at least). The resin and hardener are formulated with contrasting colors to facilitate correct mixing.
